Gwasted Lane

Gwasted Lane, Borth

Imagine working remotely and looking at that view for inspiration

The next CSD development is currently undergoing final planning for construction at Gwasted Lane in Borth.

The development will be built at the same time as Ger-y-Cwm is being constructed and will

comprise of 15 properties of which 11 houses will be detached dwellings each with extensive views over

Cardigan Bay and the Dyfi Estuary to the north of Borth.

The development will be built on a hillside overlooking the seaside town of Borth just up above the Borth Cliff area. Borth is around six miles north of the University town of Aberystwyth in mid-Wales and boasts a blue flag beach with a very shallow gradient, making it an ideal holiday destination for young families. Borth is part of the Dyfi Biosphere, the only UNESCO Biosphere reserve in Wales. The Wales Coastal Path passes on the hillside close to this new development and through Borth village taking walkers along the beach to the beautiful unspoilt sand dunes at Ynyslas.

Superbly located, the new CSD development at Gwasted Lane looks out across Cardigan Bay towards the Llyn Peninsula where it reaches out to nearly touch Bardsey Island at its westernmost tip. Look north towards the Aberdyfi across the stunning Dyfi Estuary and you can also see the southernmost peaks of the Snowdonia National Park.
